No, at Origin, we do it all. Our experienced team manage the entire installation process from initial planning and design to completion and beyond. We eliminate the need for you to employ separate companies for each element of the build, removing the potential risks, duplications and headaches of liaising between architects, engineers, and builders. By choosing Origin, you benefit from a single point of contact for your entire project, ensuring a smooth and coordinated process from concept to completion. We handle all the details and keep you informed throughout the build so you can enjoy a seamless experience and a stunning indoor pool that exceeds your expectations.
In many instances, we can design and build an indoor pool without requiring planning permission. Permitted Development rights allow a freestanding pool house to be built as long as specific criteria are met and your permitted development rights remain intact. However, planning permission will be required for extensions and complex scenarios such as Listed properties, Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and conservation areas. Although this may seem daunting, Origin has an enviable track record of planning success in challenging scenarios and will handle the Permitted Development and Planning Permission applications for you.

There are many reasons to choose a timber frame structure for your indoor pool. At Origin, we use timber frameworks for our indoor pool buildings that are sustainably sourced from certified forests using the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) and the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) schemes. Our timber frame components are precision-engineered in a controlled factory environment, ensuring superior craftsmanship and quality control compared to on-site construction, which results in precise, well-crafted structures. The off-site manufacturing process minimises mess and disruption, eliminating piles of materials and waste on your property for a cleaner, environmentally friendly process. Timber frame structures offer excellent thermal insulation and moisture resistance, creating energy-efficient and comfortable indoor environments ideal for pools.
